Documents Needed To Complete A Loan Application (Refinance)
In order to provide the best service possible, we ask that you provide the following information as applicable to your situation:
* Tax returns (1040’s & W-2’s) for the two most recent tax years. (3 years if self- employed
* Two recent pay stubs for each job
* County property tax statement
* Year-end or current balance statement’s for all mortgages
* Original papers for the current second mortgage loan
* Name and address of bank for checking and savings accounts including account numbers
* Name, address, and account numbers for credit cards, car loans, and personal loans
* Divorce decree and bankruptcy papers if applicable
* Verification of Stocks, Bonds, 401K, Retirement funds, any type of liquid assets
